How Sugar360 works, and what you can expect from us.

Sugar360 is a network of doctor led structured diabetes clinics that combines in clinic care with continuous digital support between visits. The services are operated by Zenvia Health Private Limited, with its office at Jhankar More, Siliguri, West Bengal, India.

You should be at least 18 years old to create an account. Anyone younger is welcome to use Sugar360 with a parent or legal guardian involved, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

Our services are offered for use in India.

Sugar360 is built to support the relationship between you and your treating doctor, not to replace it.

• Articles, targets, reminders and educational material in the app and on our website are for general information and are not a diagnosis.
• Please talk to your doctor before changing any medicine, dose, diet or exercise routine.
• Readings and trends shown in the app are there to help you and your care team make decisions together.
• For anything urgent, or if you feel unwell, please contact your doctor or your nearest hospital.

Your account holds your health record, so a little care goes a long way:

• Share information that is accurate and keep it up to date, since your care may depend on it.
• Keep your login details and one time passwords to yourself.
• Tell us at sugar360care@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

If an account is used in a way that breaks these terms or puts someone at risk, we may need to pause or close it.

While using our services, please do not:

• Use them for anything unlawful, or in a way that affects the rights of others.
• Pretend to be someone else, or share another person's health information without their consent.
• Try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours.
• Upload anything harmful to our systems or to other users.
• Copy, scrape, resell or commercially reuse any part of the services without our written permission.

Some consultations and programmes are chargeable. What is included, how long it runs and what it costs is shown to you before you confirm, and can be paid through the modes we support.

Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation and refund conditions are shared with you at the time of booking and can vary by clinic and programme. If our fees change, it does not affect a service you have already paid for.

Clinical care is delivered by qualified, registered medical practitioners, and their professional judgement in your treatment remains their own.

The health information, reports and other content you provide remain yours. By sharing them, you allow Zenvia Health to store and process them, and to share them with your care team, so that we can look after you. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly how this works.

Please share only information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share.

The Sugar360 name, logo, website, app, care protocols, design, text, graphics and software belong to Zenvia Health Private Limited or are licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are welcome to use them as part of using the services for your own care. Beyond that, please ask us first.

We work to keep the services running smoothly, though we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Access may pause for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control, such as network or third party issues.

We may add, change or retire features over time. If a change materially affects your care, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you in advance.

We take our work seriously and do our best to get it right. That said, the services are provided on an "as is" basis, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

Where we are found liable for a claim relating to a service, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from our own negligence in providing care.

You can stop using the services whenever you wish, and ask us to delete your account by writing to sugar360care@gmail.com. We may close or suspend an account where these terms are broken, where the law requires it, or where continuing the service is no longer safe or practical.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Siliguri, West Bengal.

We may refresh these terms from time to time as our services evolve. The current version will always live on this page, and continuing to use the services after an update means you accept it.
